I first went to Mihir after being referenced by a friend. I didnt have any knowledge regarding diamonds. Mihir didn't try to 'sell' me anything or give me a salespitch; rather he educated me about the various aspects of buying a diamond. I did purchase my fiance's engagement ring through Mihir, and both of us were extremely pleased with the quality and service. Mihir reassured me that any problems that I encountered with the ring would be taken care of--no problem--for life. We proceeded to purchase both of our wedding rings through Mihir. Mihir has been nothing but a pleasure to work with, and we can attest to the quality of his product. It is now 2.5 years later, and I am still extremely pleased with my ring. Unlike some of my friends who have had to bring their rings back to the store to get stones fixed/etc.--I've had no issues. We would happily recommend Mihir for your jewerly purchases. We will use his services again in the future!

"I just wanted to take a minute and say thank you to Mihir and Rohan Jewelers for the incredible result that I had in creating an engagement ring to propose to my fiancé with. I was referred to Mihir by another jeweler whom I actually had purchased a center stone thru for no other reason than the fact that he has been a family friend for over 30 years. After hearing what my plans and design were I was given Mihir’s name and had an appointment with him within the week in which I called him. I already had a very good idea of what I wanted the ring to look like even before meeting with Mihir. After sitting down and talking with him, showing him what stones I had to work with and explaining to him what I was looking for, Mihir explained his knowledgeable and input as to what could be accomplished and gave me great feedback on an even better design. We promptly had another meeting about a week later as promised after he sent and I approved a rendering of the completed ring and what it would look like. During the second meeting we went thru exactly what additional stones were necessary and Mihir gave me an estimate to complete the ring as designed. I cannot explain how satisfied I am with the end result and how much better it turned out even compared to the rendering and custom wax casting which at the time I thought was incredible enough. The emerald cut center stone, the solitaire halo and the stones around the band were set and perched in the prongs EXACTLY how I’d imagined and the finish of the gold was pristine! My fiancé is absolutely in love with her ring and I would refer and highly recommend Mihir and Rohan Jewelers to anyone looking for a PERFECT piece of jewelry. If I am in the market for any other high end jewelry for my wife he will be the only person I contact in this department. Thank you again Mihir for the flawless transaction, communication thru-out and more importantly a ring that my wife will cherish the rest of her life!"

Mihir not only understood what I wanted, but he made suggestions regarding the cut of the stone and design of the setting that made the ring even better than what I had first envisioned. Mihir was very accessible, both by phone and by email. The initial digital renderings of the rings were done in a very timely manner, and we made adjustments to those designs based on our discussions regarding what I had in mind. Mihir was able to guide me through the process very effectively. As for the center stone of the engagement ring, I never felt as though I was being pushed to purchase a more expensive stone. In fact, Mihir made a point of steering me towards a stone that he felt was a better value for the design of the ring. The final products were delivered to me in a very timely manner (slightly ahead of schedule). My wife was thrilled with her engagement ring and diamond wedding band. I was extremely satisfied that the rings were a faithful translation of the image I had in my mind. This was my first foray into custom made jewelry, and I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Rohan Jewelers. "We ran into Mihir at Jewelers Row in Chicago as we were shopping for engagement and wedding rings. He was very courteous, friendly and professional. As he was walking out of the building, we set up a time to see him at his office an hour later. He was very timely, very informative about knowledgeable about diamonds. He answered all of our questions and showed us exactly what we wanted to purchase in terms of shape, carat, cut, clarity and color. We deiced amongst the few shown and asked for some time to decide. He was not pushy to sell like other retailers. We ended up getting all of our rings from him with custom settings. The end product was phenomenal, couldn’t be happier with the purchase. We were very impressed with the product quality. We stayed within our budget and were able to find the diamonds and settings that we wanted. He also was able to get us official appraisals for all three of our rings for insurance purposes at the time of delivery. We received our rings exactly on time as promised. My fiancée at the time was in Chicago and I was in Vancouver. Mihir made every effort to help us finalize everything over emails and phone. I actually ordered my wedding ring through him without even being face to face. I showed him exactly what I wanted in terms of design, and he was able to custom build it at a fraction of the price compared to Bluenile and other retailers. I had my wedding ring within a week from when I sent him the design over email from Vancouver to when I picked it up from him in Chicago. We would definitely recommend Mihir of Rohan Jewelers to anyone in the market to purchase diamond jewelry. He was very professional, knowledgeable and timely. After talking to me at length, he showed me several options and was able to precisely design the rings I was looking for. He was responsive and skilled in helping me create an image based on random design ideas in my head. The end product, two eternity rings, was beautiful and will be treasured by our family. It was finished quickly, ahead of schedule. I had gotten the size slightly wrong and he was able to expand the ring within a day. Overall very satisfied, 10 out of 10. "I was looking to give something special to my wife on our 15th wedding anniversary. We went to few reputed jewelry stores to shop around, but nothing really caught her eye, and both of us being not aware at what to look for when shopping for diamond ring were at lost. Finally, we met Mihir (Rohan Jewelers) via one of our family friends. During our first meeting, he went through some basic questions on what we were looking for, price range, etc. He also showed us some designs explaining pros and cons wherever possible for each design. On collecting this information, he brought a range of diamonds to show us during our second meeting. This was the first time we really came to understand what to look for when buying a diamond (in jewelry), its grades, colors, cuts, dimensions, caret, and how its priced. This was the key information for us to make our decision on what to spend and what my wife really wanted for her ring. We narrowed down to few diamonds and Mihir called us couple more times to see them in different natural and indoor lighting conditions. This helped us pick the one that my wife really wanted based on how much we wanted to spend and how well it would look in the ring she picked along with the wedding band. Mihir also explained us the diamond certification process, which was a also quite important for us. Finally, we placed the order and received the ring in about a week (much quicker than we had anticipated), along with the certificates and related documents. The ring exceeded our expectations in the looks and fitting. He also walked us through the care and maintenance process. I cannot emphasize more on how much professional the whole process was, and the personal delight that it provided us with this purchase. Mihir then used a CAD design program to recreate the ring for me. After a few tweaks Mihir then made a wax mold of the final design. Mihir then created my concept into reality.
